Ristorante Rialto in Seebad Heringsdorf

Food went like that. Unfortunately, we didn't really feel corona safe here. Very crowded dining room, waiters all mouthguards not worn properly. List to register not found. It's a shame, the conditions aren't that difficult.

The restaurant is well attended and worth it. The food can be quick. It was delicious and plentiful. The pizzas are great and big and there is nothing wrong with the pasta dishes either. Our waiter was very nice, despite the crowd. Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

As locals just wanted to have an ice cream. Waited 10 minutes for the ice cream menu, another 15 minutes until the order was taken. Ice came after 2 minutes. 20 minutes after we were done (quality also only 1 star) still no waiter came to the table until we got up and got dressed. They asked us sloppily if we wanted to go without paying. Never again.

Service was great, as already written in other reviews, food super quick on the table. The pizza was good, the homemade pasta was delicious, but unfortunately with canned mushrooms instead of fresh, a shame. Price-performance ratio is right, if you want to eat quickly this is the right place.

We hadn't ordered a table for dinner at 6.30 p.m., but only had to wait 5 minutes. Food was ok, price-performance ratio was right. Food came pretty quickly. The house wine tastes delicious. But I have to honestly say that quantity comes before quality. Hence a star deduction. The ice cream sundaes are very tasty.

Food and drinks were good and very reasonably priced. Only that one is not understood by the staff at the Baltic Sea, but is referred from one colleague to another, who may speak / understand German better, somehow does not work. You really have nothing against our Polish neighbors, on the contrary, I just don't want to have to take out my rusty school English to order food. We stay loyal to the Baltic Sea for a reason ;-) Still a great store, clear recommendation!

Delicious pizza, harmonious ambience, fast service. The price-performance ratio is right here. The staff could be a little more calm and thus more comfortable.

The food at this restaurant is not fresh. The pizza was dry, hardly any cheese, but lots of onion thrown on top in a sloppy way that I had to pick it off before I could even eat it. The fish that my partner ordered was obviously frozen because it tasted like metal and gave off a weird aftertaste. What kind of chef's work here?? I would not be proud to send plates out to customers like that.

Food was unacceptable! The salmon was so overcooked that it looked grey and tasted frozen, yet it cost nearly 20 euro. The fries were greasy and inedible. We also ordered fried seafood and received one burnt prawn and five chewy calamari pieces which were completely tasteless. The cauliflower side, unseasoned and tasted as if poured out of a can. Disgusting, don't go there. There are plenty of better restaurants on the promenade.

Just disgusting, bland food, like from an industrial kitchen. It is always suspicious when food arrives at the table after 3 minutes - and that's how it tasted: Overcooked, fatty and inedible fish, old bread is used as a starter. The food arrived incomplete and was unsavory or not seasoned at all. Disappointing especially if you want to spend a nice birthday afternoon there. Such a restaurant shouldn't boast of its Italian roots. Any real Italian would have puked on the table

The food came surprisingly quickly, we all tasted it very well, both meat dishes, pasta and pizza were very tasty. Staff was very nice and child-friendly, but seemed a bit stressed and rushed around.

Lasagna ok, but nothing more. If you just want to get full, you can get it here quickly (in the truest sense of the word). Food arrived too quickly to be freshly prepared. Here you go for quantity instead of quality. What a shame...

The service is very unprofessional and unfriendly. No disinfection of the table and menu. No guest registration. Mouth nose covering protects the chin. Ice cream tastes very artificial and indefinable. Espresso not good. Mass processing. Price performance not OK. .

I have to agree with the previous speakers: Pizza is delicious. A little more expensive than usual. But very long waiting times for a table. You cannot pre-order. 👎 you may have to share a table with other people - not so nice to be honest. Therefore unfortunately only partially recommended ...

In bad weather you have to wait at the entrance until a table inside becomes free, otherwise you can also sit outside. The staff is mostly friendly. However, the staff seems very rushed and stressed, it most likely feels as if you are being "processed quickly". The service staff is also very, very inflexible when ordering extra requests. The food itself is actually quite delicious and would have received one more star if it had been rated alone, but this is not possible in the overall rating. There is also room for improvement in the hygiene rules on the part of staff, as well as in the enforcement of hygiene rules for guests.

Excellent! The food is fantastic and the prices are okay for Ahlbeck standards. The staff is very friendly and the food is always there quickly after ordering.

The pizza was tasty and the food came quickly. Unfortunately, you couldn't reserve a table beforehand, it is best to come before 7 p.m., after that everyone will stand on the edge and look at your plate until you get up. Drinks are set very high! Pay € 5 for a 0.4l cola. Credit card payment was not possible. Tables were not disinfected and contact details did not have to be given.

Unprofessional service, not disinfected Menus are thrown on the table, drinks are simply placed on the table and not served to the guest. Food is ready almost as quickly as the drinks, and the table is wiped with a wet cloth even though you are still sitting at it with drinks. The food was okay except for the fried potatoes. The fried potatoes probably only touched the pan very briefly.

Pizza was delicious, as was the sundae. The food and drinks are served too quickly, everything is there within 3 minutes. It doesn't feel good. There was boiled ice cream on the pizza, I don't know it like that. Well, you can stop by here once in between. The price is reasonable.

Very good service, wonderful food, very delicious coffee. We were there twice now during our vacation and it was very good both times! The service is incredibly attentive and fond of children, the food tastes very good and the prices are perfectly reasonable. The portions are quite decent, the pizzas huge! The children's pizza was impossible for our five-year-old, but older children may be able to cope with it. Any requests will be dealt with immediately. We are guaranteed to come back!

Great service and has closing hours reasonable enough for those arriving for a holiday late after a day of work.

Pizza had so little cheese on it and lasagne where almost soup like. I do not recommend. At least waiter was polite and professional had black watch on left hand. 16.08.2019 20:27.

What do you really expect from an Italian Diner in Germany. Basically not much. The food is kind of OK, the service is efficient and the portions are generous. The place to come with children

Tourist trap style but at least had quite a big selection of totally OK pizzas that were quickly served for rather OK prices.
